The Mountain Quilt Retreat is our newest offering – a peaceful four-day retreat for those who love to quilt – or want to learn!
This retreat is an enjoyable weekend of relaxing and quilting, set in the natural beauty of the San Gabriel Mountains. Come get “sewn in” with your friends – and make a few new ones along the way! It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced quilter or have never picked up a needle – all are welcome! Set in the serene ambience of the mountains, this may well be a quilter’s paradise.

Recreational Activities
Angeles Crest offers a variety of recreational activities, including a zipline, climbing wall, swimming pool, sand volleyball pit, and archery range. You can also visit our camp store and recreation room, where you can relax and order a smoothie, or play a game of ping-pong, air hockey or foosball. There are also plenty of hiking trails in the area, or you can simply take time to sit under a tree and relax in nature. There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your free time.
What To Bring
Our weather is usually a good reflection of the Southern California climate. However, evenings on the mountain can be cool. Bring recreational and hiking clothes for the daytime and jackets for the evening. Please remember to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, washcloth, toiletries, towel, flashlight, and your Bible. Our camp store is open at various times during the weekend, so be sure to bring some spending money for camp t-shirts, snacks, drinks and more!
Location
Angeles Crest Christian Camp is located in the San Gabriel Mountains, about 30 miles above the city of La Canada/Flintridge.
