Youth II
Winter Camp 2009
Theme:
"Wake Up!!"
There are many Christian kids today that seem to be just sleepwalking through
life. They may go to church and even wear Christian T-shirts but their faith is
shallow and without passion. This weekend is all about calling them to
"Wake Up".
It's about training our young people to stay awake in their faith so they can be
affective tools for God in their daily lives. Our key scripture verse for
the weekend comes from the Apostle Paul...
Romans 13:11 "And to this, understanding the present time.
The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is
nearer now than when we first believed."
Date:
February 6-8, 2009
Cost: $130.00 for Students ($80 for adult leaders)

Worship Leader - Danny Larsh
Danny
is one of our most popular worship leaders at Angeles Crest. His mission is to
inspire those who do not yet know the love and forgiveness of Christ and to
challenge hearts and minds. Danny will lead your students into worship through
music, inviting them to enter into the highest realm of our glorious Father and
to honor Him above all.
Danny hopes that by hearing his music you will be inspired to live for something
greater than yourself. Something with meaning and truth. Something that
matters. That you will generate praise for our Lord, the giver of eternal life.
